Painting (watercolour). Folio 60 from an album showing Turkish costume. Çavuş başı, the chief of the çavuş officials. Wearing a sleeveless kaftan which is white with a gold horizontal striped sash (kuşak) and with a brown fur lining and edging. Dark green robe and an orange belt. Wearing the high white official turban (mücevveze). Carrying a staff (asa).
